Returns for Faulty Items
We want you to be happy with your socks. We personally inspect every pair of socks before they head out the door, to ensure they meet our stringent quality standards. However, sometimes socks are intercepted by notorious sock demons, and strange things can happen. If you receive a pair of socks that is in any way damaged, please return them for a refund of your purchase price.
Something is Missing From My Order
If part of your order is missing, please contact us on email@example.com and we’ll have the missing item sent out forthwith!
My Socks Aren’t As Awesome as I was expecting. Can I return them?
We totally understand that sometimes ordering online means you purchase items that aren’t quite what you expected. It can be espeically difficult with socks as there is no standard size and everybody’s legs are different.
If you return an item for whatever reason within 30 days of purchase, and the tags and packaging is still intact, we will happily issue a refund or store credit.
If you wish to return an item that you’ve tried on, you can get store credit toward your next purchase. Intimate Products Such as Underwear and Stockings Cannot Be Returned if The Packaging Has Been Removed. This is to ensure the safety and hygiene of our staff.
Items that have been actively worn or washed are yours to keep. We cannot exchange these for store credit or a refund.
To Return an Item
Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the details, and we will give you an address to send your package back to. Simply pop them in the mail and we’ll send a replacement package or refund your way as soon as possible.
The cost of shipping a package back to us is your responsibility. We’ll take care of shipping you out a replacement. No worries.
